SHIPPING & REFUND INFORMATION

 
 
We currently ship only within the U.S.A. We hope to have our system configured to process international orders shortly. Please check back.
 
Our apologies, but we do not accept returns on opened CDs. If you receive a CD with damaged or defective packaging, please leave the shrink wrap and seal intact and contact us at orders@martinzellar.com. We will send out a pre-paid return envelope and replace the CD, or refund your money (plus shipping) once the damaged CD has arrived back at our facility.  All refund requests must be received within 30 days of delivery.
 
 
 
Shipping rates for the United States
single CD $2.99 
add $0.99 per order for each additional CD
 
Shipping rates quoted are for delivery within 3 to 5 business days. 
(transit time begins the first full business day after the package leaves our facility.)
 
Shipping to APO, FPO, or DPO Addresses
Standard Shipping Deliveries may take longer--up to 21 days for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
 
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes, but larger orders may require a street address. We will contact you if we feel there may be a problem.
 
We're sorry, but we currently do not offer expedited delivery.
