  Depending on the volume of orders and inquiries we are receiving, response times may vary. We will do our best to respond to your questions thoroughly. We appreciate your patience while we look into the best ways to handle your situation.

When you do send an inquiry, please make sure to include as much information as possible (full name, phone number, order number). We try our best to read and respond to emails in a timely manner.

In most cases your order will be shipped within 2 business days. If we anticipate any slow downs we will contact you.

We answer emails in the order received. Please rest assured that you will receive a response but during busy times like the holidays, it may take a little longer.

We no longer process exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place an order for the new one. A refund will be issued for the returned item once received. To proceed with a return, please send the return label to us, along with the item(s) being returned:

Q: Can I Ship via UPS or FedEx to a PO Box?

A: No. Packages shipped via UPS or FedEx MUST BE shipped to a street address. UPS and FedEx WILL NOT deliver to PO Boxes. Any customer that chooses to have their order shipped via UPS or FedEx to a PO Box will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
